RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products can be returned to OB-1 Sabers and refunds will be applied if the customer is dissatisfied with the product. Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
If the the product is defective, OB-1 Sabers will honour the 1 year limited warranty on parts and services and repair or replace as needed. Customer is responsible to ship item back to OB-1, OB-1 will be responsible to ship repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Please inform us within 24hrs to cancel your order if possible. This is because some orders require additional ordering from the supplier and shipping times will be extended. Some fees may applicable if we have incurred any to process the order. We will notify customers prior to refunding anything to ensure there are no surprises. We want your experience with us to be the best so you will choose to come back. Things happen, we get it.
We would like to say that orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs, however, we understand that extenuating circumstances do arrive and we will reach out to make arrangements suitably beneficial for both parties.
