PROCESSING TIME: 

Please allow 1-5 days for order processing with in-stock items. If additional items need to be ordered from the supplier, you will be notified before the order is place whenever possible to give you the option to cancel.

We try our best to ship the orders within first 3 days of placing order.

DELIVERY:

All orders are delivered within 1-4 weeks. 

In case the product is not delivered and the tracking states “Delivered”, please check your nearest post office as they hold the delivery or reach to us at [email protected] and we will reach out to the shipping office whenever possible to track down the package.

Please note that due to regulations and increased parcel mailing, shipments may delay from 1-3 weeks depending on the shipping offices customs agreements. We however will make sure all customers receive their orders with complete satisfaction.

SHIPPING COST:

We are constantly looking for better and more efficient means to ship items. Flat rates have been applied to most items when real-time shipping rates are not effective. We understand that customers may have their own shipping options and may reach out to us  at [email protected] to make arrangements to get their items delivered with their own carriers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Defective or Broken Product:

We stand by our products. All attempts to fix the item will be made prior to returning for replacement. Arrangements need to be made for returning damaged items for inspection/replacement by manufacturer. If you receive a defective or broken product, send us an email with a clear photo of the product, we will resend or refund your order immediately after verification the damage was not due to misuse.

Incorrect Product:

We will take complete responsibility of the incorrect orders. We will pay for the return shipping and will issue complete refund or resend the order with the correct product.

There are some situations where refunds are only partially refunded with the return of the item (if possible). Item is not in original condition, damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.

Product Never Arrived:

If your order has not arrived within the mentioned time, and tracking does not work or if tracking is stuck at the same state for more than 10 days, send us an email at [email protected], we will make sure the order arrives to you.

Customer Dislikes the Product:

If customer dislikes the product, they can return the product within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition, customer will pay the return shipping. Customer can choose between refund or store credit. Shipping cost will be deducted from the issued refund.

Refunds take 5-15 days to appear in your bank account. PayPal fee is not refundable. If you do not receive the amount within 15 days, send us an email and we will correct the problem.
